Maintenance Specialist

About The Role

  1. You will be responsible for the daily maintenance, troubleshooting, technical improvement and on-site management of electrical testing equipment, laboratory equipment, fixtures and related facilities, ensuring stable and efficient operation and minimizing equipment downtime.
  2. You will formulate and implement preventive maintenance and inspection plans for testing & laboratory equipment, promote document release, on-site supervision, and continuous optimization of maintenance systems.
  3. You will conduct routine inspection, condition monitoring and hidden danger elimination of electrical equipment and experimental devices, timely handle electrical faults and improve equipment reliability.
  4. You will carry out failure analysis, summarize maintenance cases, form maintenance reports and corrective actions to reduce repeated failures and improve equipment performance.
  5. You will manage spare parts for testing and electrical equipment, including account establishment, inventory counting, procurement coordination, and storage management, in accordance with electrical safety specifications and national / international standards (GB, IEC, etc.).
  6. You will perform regular equipment safety inspections, rectify hidden risks, maintain technical documents such as maintenance records and SOPs, and provide training for operators on safe operation and basic maintenance.
  7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  9. You hold a Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Electrical or Mechanical Design.
  10. Over 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, repair, and management. Equipment management, L6S( Better if GB).
  11. A low-voltage electrician operation certificate (special operations work permit) is a mandatory requirement for the job. Positions involving high-voltage electricity or maintenance electricians may require higher-level qualifications.
  12. Possesses strong fault diagnosis and root cause analysis skills, able to independently develop and implement solutions. Familiar with commonly used office software, Fluent in English writing & speaking.
  13. Highly proactive, self-motivated, able to complete tasks on time and with quality, optimistic, and able to quickly adapt to new environments.
