About The Role
- You will ensure effective execution of all testing and inspection activities and continuous improvement of the management system and maintain impartiality and independence; reject actions that compromise integrity.
- You will oversee method selection and validation, assess personnel competence and monitor and control testing environments and facility conditions.
- You will review client testing proposals and develop detailed test work plans also organize task scheduling, proficiency testing and repeatability studies.
- You will guide personnel in following established testing procedures and review raw data and ensure accuracy of results.
- You will manage storage and safekeeping of technical documents and oversee instrument usage, maintenance, and labeling.
- You will participate in quality control activities per the quality monitoring plan and be responsible for on-site safety in the testing room and the proper execution of ST5 and ABRA procedures.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- You hold a bachelor's and above degree, majoring in electrical engineering/high voltage/insulation/ or related majors, and high voltage testing experience is preferred, solid theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
- Expertise in high voltage products and related standards.
- Self-motivated, high curiosity and ability to learn new technologies.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Work conscientiously and carefully.
- Fluent in both oral and written English.
