About The Role

  1. You will act as Finance business partner to GPG controller and provide business analytical services to the Global Product Group, based on customer requirements, including semiautomated and manual analytical services, and one-off (ad-hoc) analytical output.
  2. You will support in regular finance report dashboard/package preparation during the closing time.
  3. You will collect and analysis GPG’s supply units cost structure for strategic controlling purpose and support on Global Strategic Financial Planning Analysis inc. Product marketing, portfolio management and investments etc.,
  4. You will support on GPG Financial digitalization tool development to align with GBU roadmap and do other tasks assigned by supervisor.
  5. You will do benchmarking of processes, tools and solutions in order to further optimize and standardize controlling activities.
  6. You will optimize own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements.
  7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  9. You hold a bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, Finance, Accounting.
  10. Depth knowledge and 5+ year operational experience in Finance and Controlling, especially in industry company.
  11. Depth knowledge and experience in SAP and other Finance digitalization tools.
  12. Strategic, critical and analytical thinking capabilities.
  13. Fast learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  14. Fluent English skill is a must.
