About The Role

  1. You develop new technologies and products for dry-type transformers as part of the R&D team and R&D global organization, lead product and process development projects self-driven on time, on budget and on quality.
  2. You assess production processes and proactively identify gaps and areas of improvement and organize prototyping and testing activities to validate new technologies and new products.
  3. You document and transfer your knowledge and findings from R&D to the production environment both locally and in other facilities abroad.
  4. You provide technical support in domain of expertise to other departments when needed (product management, business development, marketing and sales, engineering…) and you are aware of HSE aspects and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  5. You stay up to date with the latest technological solutions, international standards, market trends and customer requirements relating to dry-type transformers.
  6. You will maintain the internal standards and coordination on product standardization and do maintenance (testing, debugging) and further development of our design tools in the domain area.
  7. You will support the design, manufacturing, quality and supply chain organizations with technical expertise to ensure that technical requirements are fulfilled & coach and provide support and technical advice to col-leagues on core-related topics.
  8. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  10. You hold a bachelor’s or master’s level education in electrical or mechanical engineering or similar Trans-formers Domain expertise in transformers is a plus.
  11. More than 2 years of working experience in large organization is considered a plus.
  12. Understanding electrical, magnetic and thermal phenomena, solid track record as project leader.
  13. Proficiency in the use of MS Office, statistical and simulation tools.
  14. Responsible team player with a structured, proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented work approach spirit of innovation, "out of the box" thinking.
  15. Proficiency in business level in verbal and written English.
