Traveloka是东南亚领先的科技公司，提供旅行、金融、生活服务等综合平台，业务遍布多个国家。 岗位职责： 1、设计与构建：您将参与设计、开发、测试和维护新一代 OTA 后端系统，确保平台在处理数百万用户请求时始终保持高效、可靠的性能； 2、跨团队协作：与产品经理、设计师和其他技术团队紧密合作，共同解决业务流程中的关键痛点，为复杂业务需求提供切实可行的技术解决方案； 3、技术创新：持续优化系统流程与架构，探索并应用前沿技术和最佳实践，构建具备高扩展性、易维护性、高性能和高可用性的系统架构； 4、优化与维护：熟悉并利用云服务解决方案，确保系统和应用在全球范围内快速响应，满足不同地区用户的需求； 5、业务推动：支持新产品和功能的快速迭代，助力业务增长与市场拓展。 任职要求： 1、计算机科学或相关专业的学士学位及以上学历； 2、【英语要求】：良好的英语沟通能力，能够流利地进行口语和书面表达，能够与不同地区的团队合作并共同推动工作； 3、3年以上软件开发经验，2年以上系统架构设计和技术方案实践，熟悉面向对象分析和设计模式； 4、对软件工程、应用开发或系统开发充满激情，愿意在技术领域不断突破； 5、熟悉最新的后端编程语言和技术(如 Java 、Spring Boot)，能够独立设计、开发和维护复杂的系统应用； 6、具备 PostgreSQL/MySQL 等关系型数据库及 MongoDB 等 NoSQL 数据库的使用经验； 7、具有云服务、容器化、基础设施即代码(infra-as-a-code)等相关经验者优先； 8、具备与产品、运营等其他团队高效合作的经验，能够为复杂的业务问题提供可持续的技术解决方案； 9、助力与国际团队共同拓展市场，推动业务成长。 岗位福利： 15薪+15天年假+12天带薪病假+wlb。 Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain scalable backend applications, APIs, and data integrations - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices - Improve and optimize existing systems for better performance and reliability - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and respond to alerts proactively - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions - Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure software quality - Participate in architectural discussions and propose innovative solutions for high-traffic environments - Contribute to post-mortem analyses and continuously improve system resilience Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, particularly in backend development - Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, or any JVM-centric stacks - Familiarity with AWS infrastructure - Ability to dive deep and work across backend services, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and maintainability - Experience designing scalable and maintainable architectures
