Associate Manager, Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Business Intelligence & BAU Support: Collaborate closely with business verticals to support BAU tasks. Design, build, and enhance high-impact dashboards, transforming complex data into actionable insights. Strategic & Ad-Hoc Analysis: Leverage AI to conduct in-depth analysis for both strategic projects and ad-hoc requests. Uncover trends, identify growth opportunities and provide clear insights that guide decision-making. Data Infrastructure & Automation: Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines. Ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and automation of all reporting sources. Experiment & Evaluation: Support A/B testing and post-experiment analysis to evaluate the success of product features and business initiatives. Requirements: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret and present complex datasets and provide clear, "so-what" insights. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa. AI Proficiency : Proven experience or strong familiarity leveraging AI coding assistants and agentic workflows to solve business problems effectively and efficiently. Technical Stack : Proficiency with BI visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio, and strong SQL skills. Data Foundation: Good understanding of database concepts, data modeling, and maintaining data integrity within large-scale environments. Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills .
