This role goes beyond a traditional product perspective. You will drive top-level strategy across three key dimensions: business ROI, compliance cost, and R&D delivery efficiency. By fostering strong alignment across Product, Engineering, and QA teams, you will build a robust foundational platform capable of supporting global growth across multiple regulatory jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product blueprint across the entire user lifecycle. balance compliance rigidity with conversion experience, ensuring the foundational platform proactively supports diversified global expansion. Lead governance and restructuring initiatives for complex systems. Deeply participate in architectural evolution decisions, align priorities across Product, Engineering, and QA, and take ultimate responsibility for delivery quality and system robustness across business lines. Define clear business boundaries and standardize the user service framework into modular, atomic capabilities. Through platformization, reduce redundant development costs across business units while ensuring global user data consistency and regulatory compliance. Establish a deep attribution framework for key metrics such as registration conversion rate, account security integrity, and risk leakage rate. Continuously optimize user journeys and improve overall system ROI. Requirements 5+ years of experience managing large-scale user, account, or compliance foundational systems. Strong understanding of high-concurrency, high-availability system business logic. Ability to balance exceptional user experience on the front end with complex backend logic modeling. Think beyond feature-level optimization. Make decisions from a holistic perspective encompassing operational risk management and delivery efficiency. Strong English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across jurisdictions and understand differentiated regulatory and business requirements. Proven experience leading complex domain decomposition and system refactoring initiatives. Highly data-sensitive and analytically driven.
