About the Role We’re looking for a Quantitative Strategy Engineer to transform trading risk and quantitative strategy logic into production-ready automation tools and monitoring programs. You’ll work closely with strategy teams to validate ideas in real-world environments, optimize automation workflows, and ensure reliable execution and reporting. Key Responsibilities Develop automated monitoring tools and quantitative alert programs based on trading risk strategies. Partner with strategy teams to translate requirements into executable technical solutions. Conduct real-world strategy validation across account, trading, and fund-flow scenarios. Build and optimize automation tools, scripts, and multi-environment testing infrastructure. Maintain execution records, analyze results, and produce structured validation reports. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in quantitative development, trading systems, or software engineering within HFT, FX/CFD, crypto, or fintech. Strong programming and scripting skills in Python; MQL4/MQL5 experience is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with web scraping, automation scripts, or automated testing workflows. Strong understanding of trading parameters, strategy execution, and parameter tuning. Self-driven and execution-focused, with strong attention to detail and the ability to independently deliver end-to-end solutions. Nice to Have Experience developing or maintaining high-concurrency systems. Familiarity with automated environment management, IP configuration, or isolated testing environments. Experience in automated testing, trading infrastructure, or production-grade monitoring systems. What We Offer A collaborative and inclusive work environment.
