About The Role

  • 1、负责新产品的研发与测试、收集反馈、迭代调整；
  • 2、负责研发过程的记录与产品文件的编制；
  • 3、负责产品标准化的落地，产品材料、操作规范等文件的输出。
  • 1、具备1年及以上新茶饮的甜品冰淇淋、手炒冰相关工作经验，熟练操作食品相关设备，有较强的执行力；
  • 2、热爱喜茶，对喜茶品牌和产品有一定的了解；
  • 3、对食品研发有强烈的好奇心及热情，积极关注行业、研发素材的动态。
