Job Opening Department: Engineering Designation: Junior Supervisor Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Electrical Engineering Age Limit: Below 26 Years Job Description (JD) Position: Junior Supervisor – Engineering Department Key Responsibilities Assist in the maintenance and smooth operation of production and utility equipment. Supervise routine maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Monitor equipment performance and report breakdowns or abnormalities to senior engineers. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities as per maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety regulations, and company procedures. Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and related documentation. Support installation, calibration, and commissioning of equipment and utilities. Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control departments for smooth plant operations. Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices in engineering areas. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues. Required Skills Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical maintenance. Understanding of industrial equipment and utility systems. Knowledge of safety procedures and maintenance practices. Good communication and team coordination skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Eligibility Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply. Age below 26 years. Preferred Candidate Profile Self-motivated and responsible. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
