Senior Automation Engineer

We are looking for an Automation Engineer (RPA & AI) to join our Automation team. Working closely with the ATI TAM and the client's Automation Leader, you'll design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess automation opportunities by working closely with Business Analysts to understand existing business processes and identify suitable solutions for partial or end-to-end process automation
• Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, reusable RPA solutions and frameworks using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform
• Build automation solutions that integrate seamlessly with external applications and enterprise systems
• Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve deployed automations to ensure reliability, performance, and business value
• Troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and deliver timely resolutions based on client and stakeholder feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the automation lifecycle, from discovery and design to deployment and ongoing support
• Ensure automation solutions follow development standards, best practices, and governance guidelines
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of ATI's automation capabilities by identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation

Is This You?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems , or a related technical field
• More than 3 years of hands-on RPA development experience using UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate
• English proficiency of CEFR B2 or above
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting automation solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders
• Around 1 year of experience working with AI-related engineering, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled solutions
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into automation workflows
• Exposure to process improvement or digital transformation initiatives
