ADC技术开发高级研究员(J18167)

1. Conduct ADC conjugation, purification and physicochemical analysis experiments.
2. Facilitate project transition from early research to CMC stage, complete early process development and technology transfer to process development and manufacture teams, and support successful toxicology and GMP batch manufacturing.
3. Responsible for the optimization and industrial application of site-specific conjugation technology platforms, including process development, technology transfer, and key material sourcing.
4. Responsible for organizing experimental data related to technique research and development and project advancement, assisting with patent applications and external communications.

• Education: Master’s degree or above, major in pharmacy/ chemistry/ biology/…, interdisciplinary background is preferred.
• Experience: More than 5 years in ADC technology R&D

Skills and Competencies

1. Proficient in antibody conjugation techniques, especially site-specific conjugation techniques, with experience in bispecific ADC, dual payload ADC, and AXC development are preferred.
2. Rich experience in conjugation process development and scale-up, as well as process development and technology transfer of innovative conjugation techniques.
3. Excellent Design of Experiment and optimization skills, strong experimental operation abilities, and a strong capacity for analysis and troubleshooting.
4. Familiar with the development process of ADC, having knowledge of IND/BLA regulations in NMPA, FDA and EMA, as well as GMP requirements is preferred, experienced in managing CRO/CDMO collaborations.
5. Strong communication skills, proficient in cross-departmental collaboration.
