About The Role

  1. Participate in the design and engineering modification of protein drug molecules, such as humanization of antibodies, affinity maturation, optimization of protein molecular physicochemical properties or modification of biological activity, as well as the design and optimization of multi-antibody/fusion proteins.
  2. Be responsible for the early drugability assessment of protein drugs and the maintenance of related instruments, including the detection of physicochemical properties such as SEC-HPLC, HIC-HPLC, and DSF.
  3. Be responsible for the preliminary biological activity assessment and screening of protein drugs (monoclonal antibodies/multi-antibodies/fusion proteins), including the conduct of ELISA, BLI, SPR, FACS, and other routine activity assays.
  4. Timely organize experimental records and update project progress, participate in cross-departmental project communication and collaboration;
  5. Participate in the research and project approval evaluation of the company, continuously track the progress and literature related to the early drugability assessment and protein drug engineering modification technologies;
  6. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior leader.
  7. Relevant majors such as immunology, structural biology, molecular biology, and cell biology, with a doctoral degree of 4 years experiences or above, having experience in modifying recombinant proteins or antibodies;
  8. Those who have been responsible for antibody medicinal property analysis or multi-antibody/fusion protein design, optimization, and evaluation are preferred;
  9. Those with experience in developing dual-antibody projects, including but not limited to ADC and TCE type drugs, are preferred;
  10. Familiarity with structure-based drug design software, such as MOE, is preferred;
  11. Possess good communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to independently analyze and solve problems.
