What you´ll do Leads continuous improvement projects from planning through implementation to enhance plant performance and efficiency. Develops, standardizes, and improves operational procedures, including visual management systems, work instructions, and machine settings. Partners cross-functionally and with global teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and share performance results and best practices. Analyzes processes, conducts line studies, and creates process/value stream maps to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and increase productivity. Drives Lean initiatives, including Kaizen events, MES reporting, training The position is in the factory and could involve sitting, standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. The employee may be asked to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 30 pounds. Working in front of a computer for long periods of time.
