As a Global Trade Customs Manager , you will play a key role in shaping and advancing our global Trade Customs program. Working with a highly skilled international team, you will help ensure compliant, efficient, and future-ready trade operations while contributing to strategic initiatives that support our global supply chain. What you´ll do Collaborate with a team of highly motivated Trade Customs specialists across different regions to further develop and communicate the global Trade Customs management program. Manage and support initiatives that optimize global trade processes, driving efficiency, compliance, operational excellence, and digitalization. Coordinate with third-party customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient import and export operations. Develop, maintain, and deliver training programs for business partners involved in international trade and customs activities. Build and strengthen relationships with customs authorities, internal stakeholders, and external partners to support business objectives. Participate in strategic cross-functional and cross-regional projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and business integrations. Address complex global trade and customs challenges while continuously developing expertise in SAP GTS and trade compliance. Monitor changes in international trade regulations and translate them into practical business solutions and process improvements.
