What you´ll do Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives to increase manufacturing efficiency, reduce variability, and lower costs. Partner cross-functionally with R D, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Safety teams to solve problems and implement improvements. Analyze manufacturing data and process performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Lead root cause investigations for process deviations and implement sustainable corrective actions. Support customer satisfaction efforts through FMEA activities and investigation of customer-reported material failures. Execute process changes using Management of Change (MOC) tools while supporting safe, repeatable manufacturing operations
