About this Position What you´ll do Implementing Henkel Company Safety standard and best industry practices to the daily live of the production plant Leading the site Microbiology program. Direct leadership of the site Hygiene team Indirect leadership across the site through consistent Hygiene program implementation Setting the high standards and pushing the implementations through Managing and continuously improving the GMP and Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO, and company-specific requirements Analyzing quality-related KPIs and using data to identify improvement opportunities through structured root cause analysis Strive for ongoing improvement: digitization, staying in touch with the current best practices, self- development and plant team ongoing development
