What you´ll do Develop and formulate novel electronic materials, including conductive, resistive, and dielectric inks according to defense system requirements in close contact with customers Optimize and scale ink formulations for different printing techniques and substrates to meet evolving customer and regulatory needs Plan and execute lab experiments and conduct analytical tests and characterization (e.g., viscosity, rheology, conductivity, adhesion, stability). Shape product strategy and identify growth opportunities in alignment with strategy, business development, and key account teams Collaborate with and steer cross-functional team to execute technical strategy at customer, including product launches, complaint management, and new application development: (Sales, KAM, BD, PD, Operations, Lab Technician, etc) Protect innovations by identifying IP opportunities and filing relevant IP.
