What you´ll do Identify and develop new applications for coatings, composite repair, and structural reinforcement technologies. Lead engineering improvement projects focused on efficiency, standardization, and quality. Support testing, validation, and field demonstration programs for new applications. Develop technical documentation, design guides, and application procedures. Support strategic sales opportunities with advanced technical expertise. Coordinate cross-functional projects between Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Software teams. Assist in evaluating emerging technologies and market opportunities. Mentor engineers and support onboarding and technical training initiatives. Help maintain engineering best practices, standards, and knowledge management systems. Serve as a technical resource for complex customer applications and engineering challenges.
