About this Position What you´ll do Contribute to Strategy Culture Transformation projects and daily tasks Drive the global Henkel Consumer Brands’ (HCB) organizational health initiative, “High Performing Teams” (HPT) Analyze employee sentiment, identify key themes, and create training material packages to support teams Maintain and update culture- and diversity-related data and metrics, including reporting Review and develop talent programs through research, concept development, and presentation building Create internal communications related to culture and diversity initiatives, e.g. HCB Newsletter, DEI SharePoint, etc.
