What you´ll do Execute pilot-scale manufacturing batches, scale-up trials, and pilot coating runs to support product development, process validation, and commercialization activities. Conduct analytical testing in support of product development projects and plan and execute project work in an organized and professional manner. Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams including PD, Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot pilot lab equipment and processes, Comply with all company regulations, safety requirements, quality standards, environmental policies, and laboratory best practices. Prepare and maintain technical reports, batch records, equipment logs, trial summaries, and other development documentation. Coordinate with equipment suppliers, contractors, and service providers to troubleshoot issues, support maintenance activities, implement upgrades, and ensure reliable operation and capability of pilot lab systems.
