About The Role
About this Position What you´ll do Act as the primary liaison between salon professionals and laboratory teams, facilitating effective communication and knowledge transfer Create professional reports and presentations in both German and English for internal and international stakeholders Consolidate and analyze reports from the global CTI (Consumer Technical Insights) organization to develop comprehensive cross-functional summaries and management-ready reports Support, execution, and evaluation of professional hairdresser and salon tests for professional, retail products and future technologies Analyze test results, identify key findings, and contribute to data-driven recommendations for product development and improvement Drive the development, optimization, and standardization of testing methods and evaluation processes Build and strengthen methodological understanding within the team by providing guidance, training, and knowledge-sharing activities
