What you´ll do Drive year-over-year cost productivity through formulation optimization and raw material cost reduction initiatives Improve supply continuity by qualifying alternative raw materials and enhancing formulation robustness Lead cross-functional collaboration with Purchasing, Product Management, Operations, and suppliers to execute value-driven projects Develop and manage structured project plans aligned with business priorities and stage-gate processes Perform hands-on formulation, experimental design (e.g., DOE), and data analysis to meet performance and cost targets Support scale-up, plant trials, validation, and commercialization while troubleshooting to ensure stable implementation Ensure compliance, documentation quality, and alignment with safety, product stewardship, and performance standards while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
