What you´ll do Drive the Non-Conformance Material Review (NCMR) process, including containment, disposition decisions, investigation coordination, and timely closure of actions. Lead quality issue resolution through root cause analysis, 8D investigations, corrective actions, and verification of effectiveness. Monitor, analyze, and report quality performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. Develop, maintain, and improve quality systems, policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure compliance and operational excellence. Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and technical teams to resolve quality issues and implement process and product quality improvements. Provide training, guidance, and day-to-day support on quality systems and processes, while supporting customer requests and strategic quality initiatives
