What you´ll do Manage capital projects from concept through commissioning, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and execution. Develop equipment specifications, process requirements, layouts, and technical solutions while coordinating with OEMs, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Lead stage-gate reviews and maintain required project documentation, validation protocols, safety reviews, and regulatory compliance activities Improve safety, quality, reliability, productivity, and operational efficiency through engineering analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead project teams, manage contractors and suppliers, support equipment start-up activities, and deliver training to ensure successful operational adoption. Sitting, standing and limited lifting.
