Supplier Quality Engineer

What you´ll do Drive supplier quality issues from complaint initiation through closure, including 8D corrective actions, effectiveness verification, escalation management, and communication of lessons learned. Analyze supplier quality performance data and complaint trends to identify risks, drive continuous improvement, and escalate critical supplier concerns when necessary. Support supplier selection, qualification, onboarding, and development activities, including trial production approvals and supplier improvement programs. Conduct and support supplier, internal, certification, and customer audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain supplier specifications, manage raw material and packaging changes, and support incoming quality inspection requirements. Drive implementation of regional and global supplier quality strategies, providing training, system support, and guidance to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
