Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. What you´ll do Operate mixing, blending, and packaging equipment used in adhesive manufacturing. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch sheets, and safety guidelines. Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency. Perform material handling activities including raw material charging, drum handling, and inventory movements. Conduct routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting. Maintain accurate production, quality, and safety documentation. Support housekeeping, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
