About this Position What you´ll do Lead and execute investment projects safely, on time, on budget, and in line with Henkel’s Project Management Framework Manage all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects in the European region Drive all project phases - from feasibility and concept development to execution, commissioning, start-up, hand-over and project closure, including lessons learned Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks, resolving and escalating issues as appropriate Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and transparency Collaborate with internal experts and technology specialists to secure best-in-class technical solutions Facilitate ongoing best practice exchange between sites and the regional engineering group to strengthen sustainability knowledge and capabilities Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of sustainability practices across sites
