In this role, you will work across functions and regions to accelerate AI adoption, lead upskilling initiatives, run business pilots, and track real impact through meaningful business KPIs. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage multiple workstreams, and help identify and scale high-value AI opportunities across the organization. What you´ll do Drive global AI adoption and workforce upskilling initiatives Design engaging campaigns, workshops, learning experiences, and communications Coordinate cross-functional AI pilots and identify high-value business use cases Define success metrics and measure adoption, productivity, and business impact Analyze pilot results and develop recommendations for scaling Manage multiple workstreams and support stakeholder alignment and negotiations Leverage modern AI tools for research, content creation, and visual storytelling
