Shift Process Supervisor

About this Position We are looking for an Anaerobic Plant Supervisor to support the safe and efficient running of our bulk production plant. What you´ll do Supervise plant operations, equipment, materials and team performance Lead and support continuous improvement activities across safety, quality, service and cost Manage and support up to 4 operators on shift Drive scrap reduction and process improvements Support training and development within the team Ensure all activities are carried out in line with health, safety and environmental standards
