Assistant Engineer, Operations & Maintenance

[Job Description]

• Execute troubleshooting and routine maintenance for Yunlin & E2 sites in strict adherence to supervisor’s instructions and operational protocols.
• Complete responsibilities assigned by the supervisor, including coordinating subcontractors, resolving plant issues, and supporting field tasks in planning and scheduling.
• Assist in promoting health, safety, security, and environmental standards within the organization in collaboration with HSSE.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
• Serve as the sites responsible engineer (directorial engineer) when required.

[Requirements[

• Education: majoring in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for the renewable energy industry are welcome.
• Skills: Basic understanding of solar generation concepts. Willingness to learn standard O&M processes and assist in troubleshooting under the guidance of senior engineers.
