Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $1,967–$2,050 per week - Contract length: 13 weeks - Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts - Start date: August 17, 2026 - Setting: ER in an acute care environment - Leadership focus: RN Lead supervising nursing and ancillary staff on the unit Responsibilities - Provide unit-based leadership in the ER, collaborating with the Nurse Manager, Director, physicians, and staff. - Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing and ancillary personnel using professional and supervisory judgment. - Ensure all patients on the unit receive cost-effective, professional care that yields positive outcomes and high patient satisfaction while prioritizing patient safety. - Assess and implement steps to improve the quality of the patient experience and care delivery. - Support clinical operations by coordinating care, addressing staffing needs, and promoting performance standards. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold unit policies and procedures to maintain safe, efficient care.
