Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $2,381–$2,574 per week - Contract duration: 9 weeks - Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts - Start date: 08/03/2026 - Assignment type: Travel – Temporary - Location: Clearlake, CA - Population served: Infant through geriatric; obstetric and general inpatient care Responsibilities - Provide direct nursing care to patients across the lifespan, with focus on women from childbearing through geriatric years and infants up to 28 days old. - Develop, implement, and adjust individualized plans of care; set priorities for nursing actions; coordinate with the interdisciplinary care team. - Administer medications and IV fluids according to policy; manage narcotics and controlled substances per policy; document administration and patient response. - Perform thorough patient assessments, document care plans, interventions, and outcomes; communicate effectively with patients, families, and physicians. - Lead and supervise care delivery as needed; delegate tasks to other care team members under RN supervision; provide patient and family education. - Maintain unit and patient care areas in a clean, safe environment; ensure accurate handoffs and thorough shift reports.
