THE BACKGROUND

For our customer based in Warsaw, Poland - an European Institution, we are looking for Microsoft 365 Specialist to join a long-term mission in the area of cybersecurity, public sector and law enforcement . You will play a key role in managing business architecture, guiding solution designs, and fostering collaboration among business architects and project teams to ensure coherence with the customer’s long-term vision.

YOUR MISSION

Please note that, as the role is hybrid, it requires on‑site presence at the client’s headquarters in Warsaw, and you must be located within a 2–3 hour radius from Warsaw by ground transportation.

Your responsibilities will be as follows

Administration of O365 Services

• Acting as 2nd line of support
• Troubleshooting reported incidents and problems and updating status of open requests in the ticketing system in a timely manner
• Architecting long term changes to O365 Services
• Liaising with other administrators and harmonizing solutions and processes
• Contribution to specifications for solutions based on O365 Services
• Liaising with developer teams in aligning topologies and configuration of O365 Services according to the need of the project
• Maintenance of system documentation
• Participate in the development of documentation for new solutions
• Reporting on activities
• Other specific duties aligned to profile as assigned by ICT Line Manager
