Corporate Paralegal – Contracts and Legal Operations

Mauser Packaging Solutions is searching for a parttime Corporate Paralegal with at least 5+ years of experience to join its in-house Global Legal department interested in working approximately 10 hours per week. The Corporate Paralegal will handle a variety of work including legal entity maintenance, document and contract management, and other projects with a focus on records management and streamlining the contract review process and legal department operations. Reports directly to the General Counsel and is located in the corporate headquarters in Oak Brook, IL.
