We are seeking to recruit an individual to join our Operations Enablement team in TxB Operations. The Operations Enablement team provides various central services to help drive the growth and scalability of operations to meet the business needs of TxB and its clients. The ideal candidate will be integral to ensure that new products, features and enhancements are operational ready before they go live. You must be organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing work across multiple stakeholders while helping translate product and client journey changes into practical operational actions.
