As a Warehouse Handler, you'll play an important hands-on role in ensuring producers receive the products they need to improve herd performance and drive agricultural progress. RESPONSIBILTIES Pick and fulfill customer orders involving semen, embryos, colostrum, and AI supplies. Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming inventory and customer returns. Work with liquid nitrogen storage systems while handling and preparing products for shipment. Support shipping, receiving, and daily warehouse operations to ensure products move accurately and on time. Assist customers with tank fills, pickups, and product-related needs. Process returned tanks, including cleaning, labeling, inspecting, and returning them to inventory systems. Perform inventory counts, maintain accurate records, and support inventory accuracy initiatives. Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment while supporting teammates where needed. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work. Ability to safely lift and move products throughout the workday. Comfortable working around liquid nitrogen and in a unique agricultural warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Effective communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment. Demonstrates integrity, reliability, accountability, and a willingness to tackle hands-on work.
