Manager - Safety

Responsible for implementing and ensuring adherence to safety strategies at the cluster level in alignment with corporate safety objectives. The role focuses on driving a proactive safety culture, ensuring legal and IMS compliance, monitoring site-level safety performance, and mitigating risks. Acts as the primary safety contact for all sites within the assigned cluster and provides hands-on leadership in risk assessments, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
