About The Role

Order entry, monitoring of deliveries, and responding to customer inquiries - Internal communication with other departments such as Purchasing, Production Planning, and Shipping - Maintenance of customer master data in our CRM tool - Monitoring of customer creditworthiness and payments in cooperation with the Accounting department - Handling of customer claims / complaints in cooperation with Quality Assurance (QA)
