Team Manager - Bussiness Finance

The purpose of the role is to lead and strengthen the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes across the organization, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic alignment with business objectives. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality MIS, variance analysis, and business insights, while driving cost optimization, financial discipline, and governance. As a key business partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, enhancing reporting frameworks, and implementing process improvements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability of the FP&A function.
