About The Role

The Senior Systems Engineer is a Tier 2 application support role responsible for the effective operation, configuration, and functional support of the ViewPoint application (Quantios) supporting the Global Business Solutions (GFS) business unit. This role provides deep expertise in ViewPoint functionality, acts as a trusted advisor to business users, and ensures the application is configured, documented, and used in a consistent, secure, and efficient manner. The role sits between operational support and functional enablement, combining incident resolution with ownership of application configuration, role based access control (RBAC), user guidance, and training materials.
