Small Batch Production Manager

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The production manager will help Supervise the overall production as well as lead special projects as directed. Supervise/Manage production front line leadership in all manufacturing departments in small batch plant. Supervise/Manage employees directly and indirectly on a continual basis. Accountable for results in terms of costs, methods, quality and quantity of production, operations and personnel. Plan and layout work, assign, instruct, direct and assist employees. Maintain equipment and work areas and eliminate safety hazards. Check material shortages, machine or equipment defects and causes for delays.
