Adv Production Specialist (DMNC MI, 3rd Shift)

Under limited supervision, develops, evaluates and improves manufacturing methods, using knowledge of the organization's processes. Researches, designs and develops fabrication methods, tools and systems. Collaborates cross-functionally with design, engineering, process and/or production teams to meet quality, productivity and cost objectives. Acts with higher level authority, requiring direction only in more complicated matters. May assign daily work and acts as a mentor for less experienced professionals.
