About The Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer at our Budd Lake, NJ location. This role will partner closely with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Engineering to improve manufacturing performance, resolve production challenges, support new product introductions, and execute continuous improvement projects that enhance throughput, reduce variances, and improve gross margin. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both day-to-day manufacturing operations and strategic growth initiatives while helping build the next generation of manufacturing engineering capabilities within the organization.
