Sales Performance Manager - VAS

About the Job The position is responsible for driving performance of value-added services in the region including sales, penetration rates and quality. It also drives implementation of strategic initiatives, pilot products and day-today coordination with the Sales Network. What You’ll do: Sales Management Monitor and drive performance of VAS in the assigned region in terms of penetration rate and quality to identify underperforming areas hence not limited to stagnation in terms of progress. Regularly coordinate with Senior District Sales Manager and District Sales Manager ensuring alignment of VAS strategy and implementation of activities in the assigned region Assist Account Managers(Standard Account) in handling retailers, resolving escalations, and executing VAS sales strategies Monitor and analyze VAS sales performance across regions, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth. Perform regular competition market scan at POS identifying VAS offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns Product and Project Support Support the rollout and implementation of new VAS products and enhancements, ensuring readiness across all sales levels to ensure effectivity of the new VAS launches. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure all sales channels are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and materials for successful product launches. Organize and lead training sessions, workshops, and refreshers to ensure Sales Agents and Account Managers fully understand new VAS products, features, and selling spiels Assist in referral fee process that includes coordination with account managers and retailers ensuring timely processing and disbursement within region’s handled. Day-to-day Sales Operations Act as main point-of-contact for challenges and issues being experienced by sales network starting from identification, escalation, and resolution Respond proactively, promptly and accurately to questions from field teams regarding VAS products, processes, referral fees and operational inquiries. Ensure consistent and clear communication across all channels. Gather field-level insights by securing pos visits are done in a strategic manner that can be used in tackling challenges for VAS penetration. Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of daily sales reports, referral logs, and performance dashboards. Ensure data integrity and assist in troubleshooting reporting issues.
