Manager, Product Development Data Analytics & Reporting JOB INFORMATION Job Title Name: Manager, Product Development ( Data Analytics & Reporting ) HCA Grade / Level: Manager JOB PURPOSE The Manager, Data Analytics & Reporting (.NET) is responsible for leading enterprise analytics, business intelligence, reporting, and .NET-based analytics application development. The role provides technical and people leadership for delivering scalable reporting solutions, cloud-native analytics applications, and actionable insights that enable data-driven decision making while ensuring data quality, governance, and operational excellence. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES · Define and execute enterprise analytics and reporting strategy aligned with business objectives. · Lead development of enterprise dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and executive reporting. · Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. · Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions. · Establish data governance, data quality, and reporting standards. · Lead end-to-end analytics delivery including requirements, modeling, dashboard development, testing, deployment, and support. · Develop enterprise KPIs and operational metrics. · Drive predictive analytics, forecasting, AI, and self-service analytics adoption. · Lead Data Analysts, BI Developers, Data Scientists, Reporting Analysts, and Analytics Engineers. · Automate reporting processes and improve operational efficiency. · Evaluate analytics platforms and emerging technologies. · Lead the design, development, modernization, and support of enterprise analytics applications built using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.
