About The Role
Position Summary The Consulting Product Analyst drives innovation in healthcare technology by analyzing business systems, eliciting requirements, and guiding the development of effective solutions. Major Responsibilities: · Support strategic and operational initiatives for HCA’s Costing, Analytics, and Pricing Services. · Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs. · Lead and support complex projects, often guiding other analysts · Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications · Understand and interpret business area supported to assist in developing product roadmap and strategy · Facilitate and document requirement gathering meetings with business users · Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups · Provide expertise in process design and provide leadership in communicating requirements to product development, testing, and education/training · Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs · Participate in the sprint management process, and execute on assigned responsibilities · Participate in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality · Support application training documentation creation · Direct quality measures for department deliverables · Build strong relationships within the department and company, including business owners · Participate in the day-to-day support and operational activities · Thoroughly understand assigned Business applications and user impact · Drive continuous improvement in analysis tools and templates · Performs other duties as assigned · Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.” Education & Experience: • Bachelor's degree Business Administration Preferred • Bachelor's degree Other Preferred • 7 years of relevant work experience Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Behaviors: · Service and Quality Excellence: Ability to demonstrate an uncompromising commitment to delivering exceptional care to create an unmatched value proposition for our patients.
