Adani Airport City is developing Mixed-Use Real Estate Airport Cities including Retail, Office, Hotels, Convention Centres, and Arenas across various cities—Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, and Guwahati—spanning over 22 Mn. Sq. Ft. in the initial phases.

Job Purpose

The Lead - Retail Leasing is responsible for spearheading the retail leasing operations for large-scale commercial assets across Adani Airport Cities. This role focuses on defining the retail strategy, curating an optimal tenant mix (including international premium/luxury brands, F&B, and entertainment anchors), and executing go-to-market plans. The Lead will drive revenue and occupancy by managing the entire leasing lifecycle—from brand gap analysis and strategic partnership development to lease negotiations and tenant relationship management.
