About The Role
End to end responsible for
- performing second-level verification of contractor RA and final bills after QS validation to ensure contractual and commercial compliance;.
- checking BOQ, approved rates, inclusions, exclusions, deductions and supporting approvals before finance processing;.
- coordinating discrepancy closure across Projects, Contracts and Finance;.
- maintaining audit-ready billing trackers and strengthening billing controls, documentation discipline and SOP compliance across the SBU.
