The Head – Airport Operations is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end airport operations, ensuring safe, efficient, regulatory-compliant, and customer-centric functioning of the airport. The role oversees airside, terminal, landside, emergency response, passenger services, operational readiness, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
